IBOS member RBC awarded Global Retail Bank of the Year

IBOS member Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has been awarded Global Retail Bank of the Year for the third time, as well as Best Branch Strategy, at the Retail Banker International (RBI) awards competition in London.

Having previously won in 2014 and 2015, RBC is the first bank to win three times. RBC also won Best Branch Strategy, cementing its spot as the top winner in the competition that attracts hundreds of entries from around the world.
