IBOS member KBC Bank has again been recognised for three awards at this year’s Bank Awards.

In particular, KBC Bank has been awarded the following three awards: Best Digital Bank, Most Innovative Bank and Best Bank.

In relation to the ‘Best Digital Bank’ category, KBC was highlighted for its KBC Mobile app and its user-friendly solutions, particularly during the global pandemic. As a result, both the ‘Most Innovative Bank’ and ‘Best Bank’ categories recognise the Bank as innovative for its digital platforms and investment banking services.

On the basis of a survey, polls annually the satisfaction of customers with their bank. This year, more than 51,000 clients participated in the survey.
