We are delighted to announce that IBOS Association has been shortlisted in the Best Innovation in Customer Experience category at The Financial Services Forum Awards for Innovation 2021.
The Best Innovation in Customer Experience category looks at ways companies have developed or improved the way its customers interact with a specific product, website, or app, or with the overall experience they have with the company.
The judging panel for the Awards for Innovation have each been carefully selected for their unique specialism in innovation, ranging from retail banking, to insurance, inclusive finance, strategy and pensions, among others.
The winners will be announced via a digital ceremony on Thursday 27 May 2021.
