We are delighted to announce that four IBOS Association members have been recognised in the 8th edition of Sia’s 2025 International Mobile Banking Benchmark, a study that assesses the performance of 137 banking applications in 23 countries across the EMEA region, North and Central America, Asia and Australia.
Member banks KBC in Belgium, Intesa Sanpaolo in Italy, NatWest in the UK and Rabobank in the Netherlands have been ranked as the Global Top 10 Banks of 2025 for their mobile banking apps capabilities.
The banks in scope of the study were evaluated on more than 100 criteria in 3 pillars: Functionalities, User Experience and App Store ratings. Reflecting recent market trends, Sia has identified ESG, Accessibility and Security as key transformative forces shaping the future of digital finance and introduced dedicated assessment lenses to evaluate their impact on the mobile banking landscape.
