CM Alliance Fédérale is constituted by 11 federations of local cooperatives banks components of Caisse Fédérale de Crédit Mutuel (CFCM) which holds 98% of Banque Féderative du

Credit Mutuel (BFCM). 

Founded in 1859 CIC is a brand of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédé rale  which is 100% owned by BFCM,.

CIC comprises :

• CIC holding company and head entity of the bank network, which is also the regional bank in ile de France, and throughwhich investment, financing and capital market activities are carried out.
• Five regional banks, each of which serves a clearly definied region of Fance (Nord-Ouest; Est; Sud -Est; Sud-Ouest and Ouest)
• Entities specialized by business line, which support the network and round out CIC’ s organization and services offering. Theses mainly includes CIC Aidexport, M-CIC Assets management, CIC Bail, CIC Epargne Salariale, CIC Factor, CIC Lease, CIC Participation Immobilières and Group des Assurances Credit Mutuel.
