Since 1990 ČSOB has been offering its services not only to large companies, but also to small and medium enterprises and individuals.
In 1999 an interest in ČSOB was purchased by the strong and highly regarded Belgian financial group KBC Bank and Insurance Holding Company NV, which is active in almost thirty countries around the world.
The ČSOB SR Corporate Banking segment currently serves around 600 large companies with an annual turnover in excess of SKK 1 bln, including companies that are part of international corporations. Services for corporate clients are provided on an individual basis, which means they are tailored to fit each client´s financial needs.
Currently it is in stage of merging with Istrobanka bank and next year both banks will be presented as ČSOB.
